 The purchase of our new Sony OLED television, together with our new Hotpoint washing machine went perfectly.

 Both items were price matched with other electrical retailers.

 They were delivered and installed at our home address by two of your installation engineers at a date and time agreed. The engineers were polite, civil and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

 The minor issue that was left outstanding, was rectified personally by Daniel Worwood your retail manager on a Sunday in his own time.

 This is the second time we felt the urge to write a testimonial, our previous one is attached.

 We cannot speak highly enough of Sound and Vision Electronics. They are professional, customer focussed and offer value for money.

“I just wanted to put into words our eternal gratitude for the thoroughly professional way you dealt with the issue of our new television.

 When you delivered the set it was installed by your very polite engineers, who then spent as long as was necessary to educate us on how to use it.

 Unfortunately, within days, through no fault of yours the set developed an annoying glitch.

 I notified you immediately. Your response was for us not to pay for it, and that it would be replaced by the new, upgraded and more expensive model. This was because the set we had was a discontinued model.

 Eventually the new set came into stock at which point you delivered and installed it on a Saturday morning.

 Only then did you charge us the cost of the original set.

 This level of customer service is unprecedented in my experience and we would recommend your company to anyone.

 Thank you to everyone at Sound and Vison you are truly customer focussed.

Your staff have been amazing throughout. Their attention to detail and customer service has once again proven to be outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them as their primary concern was to please us, the customer. They treated the job as though they were fitting in in their own home. You can’t ask for more than that.

From Daniel in the showroom to the aerial installation, the laying of the cable and the setting up of the new Blu-ray recorder and televisions we are left most impressed. We’re not too sure who the neatest worker is now on your team. We thought that Luke would take some beating in terms of tidiness but Matthew and his team on Tuesday are also up there with the best.

We will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone considering who to go for their sound, vision and electronics requirements. We wish you every continued success, you certainly deserve it.
