We do not expect you to find a product at a lower price from another High Street competitor sold with the same level of expertise, delivery, installation and after-sales service. But if you do, our Price Promise is there for you.
Which prices can we beat?
The price has to apply to an identical appliance in terms of make, model, size and colour and will be applied at the time of sale; we are not able to beat a price once a sale is complete.
Prices need to be publicly available in the UK mainland and displayed in an Argos, Currys, Hughes, John Lewis or other High Street electrical retailer or own website, or the first price quoted to us over the phone. Websites need to trade under the same name and the same basis as their high street shops. We believe that home shopping channels, membership clubs, factory outlets, auction sites, mail order, internet-only or those in administration/closing down do not offer the level of service that we can provide you and as such we cannot guarantee to beat these prices but we will happily try for you.
Our competitor has to have the appliance in stock rather than to order for us to match it and display items are not classed as stock.
If a product requires delivery, delivery charges will be taken into account in comparing prices.
We are proud of our in-house service team. If a competitor’s installation service is comparable to ours in quality and timescale then we will include it in the combined price.
We reserve the right to decline a sale and review our price promise at any time.
